Rich Mason, the Founder of Alpha Kingdom Capital, brings a wide range of business experience, from Design Engineering to International Management to Serial Entrepreneurship to Real Estate. He has worked over 35 years in technical, sales, management, and business.
He is a Christian angel investor and serial entrepreneur, having started six companies, including one ministry. Mason’s startups participated in several industries, including Communication Services Provider, Smart Buildings, Computer Networking Services, and Alternative Energy. His real estate experience includes residential, waterfront, and timber investments.
He has held positions with Intel Corporation (where, among other things, he evaluated startups for account coverage), Rockwell, and Mindspeed Technologies. He was the President and Founder of Alpha Fiber. Rich earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of South Florida. With homes in both Tampa, Florida, and Hillsboro, Oregon, Rich is connected with multiple churches and is active in serving ministries and leading small group studies. He has a heart and passion for helping people fulfill their God-given callings in starting Christian-run, highly-effective BAM businesses.
Trudy is a wife, mom, and multi-business owner. Trudy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master in Organizational Leadership. Throughout her business career, she has wore many hats from Founder to Administrator, even a hard hat as a coordinator in a building project!
As you can tell, she’s the all-around get-it-done type; a true entrepreneur at heart. Trudy has served her local church throughout her life in many roles: Chi Alpha Chapter Director, Administrator, Co-Lead Pastor, Business Director, and more; totaling more than 20 years of ministry investment.
Trudy’s desire to see business leaders learn, grow, and achieve is the center of her calling and investments. She serves as the Vice President of the Waxahachie Downtown Merchants Association and a board member of the City of Waxahachie Cemetery Board. She enjoys volunteering for the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce and Oaks Church in Red Oak, TX.
Jason is a follower of Jesus, a husband, a father, a friend, and a neighbor.
After nearly a decade of living and working out of Manhattan, Jason founded Harrington Law, PLLC, a boutique, Christ-centered firm now based in Tampa, Florida. Licensed to practice in both New York and Florida, the firm serves clients in several practice areas including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing, business formation for startups and nonprofits, immigration, social rights advocacy, and, of course, venture funds.
His faith in Jesus is the lens through which he approaches life and business.
A seasoned strategist and marketing leader, Johannes brings over two decades of international business experience, combining analytical rigor with a passion for impactful innovation. Johannes’ career has spanned global corporations like Nestlé and Accenture to high-tech leadership at Daimler Trucks North America, where he most recently managed the Detroit Assurance™ suite of advanced safety systems. Under his direction, adoption of these life-saving technologies rose from 22% to 91%, earning industry accolades including a CES “Best of Show” award. Johannes’ strength lies in transforming complex data into actionable business strategies, having built first-of-its-kind cost tracking and total cost of ownership models that delivered tangible results for clients and customers alike.
Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director of the German American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco, where he facilitated U.S. market entry for German ventures, initiated VC matchmaking services, and contributed to landmark economic development projects on the West Coast. His consulting work—ranging from banking mergers to biotech startups to steel industry turnarounds—has always centered on stewardship, operational integrity, and aligning business strategy with sustainable impact. An MBA graduate of the Yale School of Management, Johannes has been recognized for academic excellence, teaching leadership, and a commitment to ethical business practices.

Kevin Miller is a disruptive solutionist. His competitive, athletic background, combined with his sales experience, decades of pastoral ministry, and entrepreneurial savvy make him both a successful leader and outstanding team member. As a graduate of Florida State University business school along with his Master’s degree from Dallas Seminary, Kevin has a passion for integrating his faith with his work. He serves as a fractional executive leader for several nonprofits and small businesses. He’s a very strategic, big-picture, results-focused servant leader.
Kevin and his wife Renee live in Odessa, FL. In their spare time, they enjoy boating and water sports.
Krystal Parker is a former executive for a Fortune 200 publicly traded oil and gas company. She has over 25 years of experience in organizational management, leading hundreds of employees to provide J.D. Powers, award-winning customer service to more than 2.1 million customers across the U.S. A former college dropout, Parker advanced her education at Harvard Business School for senior executive leaders focusing on innovation, globalization, and leadership diversity.
She earned an undergrad in psychology and a master’s in marketing. As a certified DISC behavioral specialist, trainer, speaker, and coach, Parker opened a boutique consulting company, Intent & Impact, to help companies increase profit, reduce turnover, and enhance employee engagement. A best-selling author and professor, Krystal teaches graduate and undergraduate-level courses. She is the president of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce and a member of the MVI Board of Directors and Central Florida Christian Chamber Board of Directors.
Krystal considers herself a marketplace missionary with a strategic focus on citywide transformation. She is committed to seeing faith in action in the marketplace and believes that to reach the world, you must reach the city. Krystal is a wife and mother, and devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
